Elvis Presley’s Graceland
Elvis is a name that is still well known, years after his death. Consider the king of rock ‘n’ roll, he was also a very iconic figure. Similar to Marilyn Monroe, he died early and has essentially been immortalized in the eyes of those that look to people that die young who were rich and famous. Tickets can start at about $40. That will allow you to do the self-guided tour. Once you are done there, there’s one other place that you want to visit.
This is an exact replica of the Parthenon, a Greek temple dedicated to the goddess Athena. It is designed in the same way, emulating the fact that there are no two columns that are alike. You will be amazed at its height and grandeur, and you will be even more amazed that people back thousands of years ago were able to do the same. It’s a wonderful place to go, plus you can learn about Greek mythology and many other things.
These are just a couple of ideas that you should consider. These tend to be a couple of the most popular attractions. This will take you into cities like Nashville and Memphis, but you can go to the other cities as well. If you are on an extended vacation, you may as well go to Chattanooga, Knoxville, and even Jackson.
